You work with me from the first conversation through the final walkthrough. The sequence is tailored to your project, while the scope and responsibilities stay clear.
Plans, photos & site conditions
I review your drawings and photographs and arrange a site review where needed. Measurements, access and existing conditions shape the work.
3D design & build detailing
For custom work that needs detailed planning, I use 3D modelling software to resolve the dimensions, proportions and construction. From that model, I can create dimensioned shop drawings and accurate material takeoffs to build from.
These are practical working drawings for my carpentry scope, not stamped architectural or engineering drawings.
Quote & scope
You receive a defined scope and quote. We agree on the included work, responsibilities and sequence before construction begins.
Build or fabricate
I build and fabricate the custom work on site, adjusting and fitting components to the real conditions of the project.
Spray finishing where required
Where included, I prepare and spray finish doors, trim, panels or built pieces. The finishing sequence is coordinated with fitting and installation.
Installation
I complete the installation and fit the final details, coordinating my work with the project team and site readiness.
Final walkthrough
We review the completed scope together, check the details and discuss care for the finished work. I remain your direct contact throughout.
